Joong Gun has 32 movements. Joong Gun is named after the patriot An Joong
Gun who assassinated Hiro-Bumi Ito, the first Japanese Governor-General of
Korea, known as the man who played the leading part of the 'Korea Japan'
merger. The 32 movements of this pattern represent Mr. An's age when he
was executed at Lui-Shung prison in 1910.

Ready posture for Joong Gun is: Moa Junbi Sogi 'B'

The blocks used in Joong Gun are:
    a) Sonkal Dung Kaunde Makgi - Reverse Knifehand Middle Block
    b) Sonbadak Ollyo Makgi - Palm Upward Block
    c) Kyocha Joomok Chookyo Makgi - X-fist Rising Block
    d) Sonbadak Noollo Makgi - Palm Pressing Block
    e) Sang Bandalson Digutja Makgi - Twin Arc Hand U Shape Block

Terminology for Sogi found in Joong Gun:
    a) Moa Junbi Sogi 'B' - Closed ready Stance 'B'
    b) Dwitbal Sogi (Orun or Wen) - Rear Foot Stance (Right or Left)
    c) Nacho Sogi - Low Stance (one foot length longer than walking stance)
    d) Yonsok Sogi - Consecutive Stance (converting from one stance to another without stepping
        forward)
